With the rapid development of e-commerce, purchasing agent platforms and traditional e-commerce platforms have become indispensable parts of daily shopping. Logistics distribution, as a critical component of these platforms, directly affects customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study aims to compare the timeliness and accuracy of logistics distribution between purchasing agent platforms and traditional e-commerce platforms, identifying key factors that influence these metrics.
This study adopts a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative data analysis with qualitative insights. Data were collected from customers, platform operators, and logistics providers through surveys, interviews, and case studies. Additionally, real-time tracking of delivery orders and customer feedback were analyzed to evaluate performance.

The findings suggest that while e-commerce platforms have a clear advantage in logistics efficiency, purchasing agent platforms can improve their performance by leveraging advanced technologies such as automated translation tools, real-time tracking systems, and stronger partnerships with international logistics providers. Additionally, improving transparency in the supply chain can enhance customer trust and satisfaction.
This study highlights the distinct challenges and strengths of purchasing agent and e-commerce platforms in logistics distribution. By addressing inefficiencies and leveraging technological innovations, both platforms can enhance their delivery timeliness and accuracy, ultimately improving the overall customer experience.
